Group Structure & Directors

Kingdom Bank is a wholly owned subsidiary of Assemblies of God Property Trust.

Assemblies of God Property Trust is a Company Limited by Guarantee No. 533151 and also a Registered Charity No 251550. It is a member of the Fellowship of independent Pentecostal churches known as Assemblies of God and is managed by Trustee/Directors drawn from the ministers of the denomination.

The Board of Kingdom Bank includes three groups of people: Three Executive Directors who manage the business on a day-to-day basis; Three Non-Executive Directors representing the parent Charity; and four Non-Executive Directors who bring skills and experience from a business background. All Directorship positions are required to approve the Banks Statement of Ethics.

Executive Directors

• Guy Priestley ACIB.
Chef Executive.
Guy joined Kingdom Bank after a 30 year career with HSBC working mainly overseas. He was CEO of several operations including HSBC Brunei where he oversaw 11 branches and 700 staff. Guy worships at his local Anglican church.

• Chris Sheldon ACIB.
Deputy Chief Executive.
Chris has had a career of 24 years in High Street banking including personal and business management position. He has served in a variety of roles within church life including as an Anglican Church Warden and Baptist deacon.

• Jackie Price ACA.
Finance Director and Company Secretary.
Jackie has worked within the social housing sector and been with Kingdom Bank and its predecessor for some ten years. She currently works within a project team within her local church and serves as Trustee of a Christian debt counselling charity.

Non Executive Directors

• Rev Brian Niblock
Brian has 20 years experience on the board of the parent Charity. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (New Zealand) and leads Trinity Life Church in Leicester.

• Rev Alan Silver.
Alan sits on the Board of the parent Charity and runs his own business advising churches and charities on accounting and financial matters. He is also Senior Pastor of The Flame Community Church in Birmingham.

• Rev Bob Hyde.
Bob sits on the Board of the parent Charity. He has a background in the finance industry and is now the Senior Pastor of Brixham Community Church.

• Peter Jessop.
Non-executive Chairman.
The former Chief Executive of Kingdom Bank, Peter is a qualified Accountant and has worked for a regional Building Society for 21 years as Finance Director and Deputy Chief Executive prior to joining Kingdom Bank. He is a worship leader in his church in north Notts.

• Adrian Lewis.
Adrian is a business strategist and financial manager with 13 years experience with multinationals and nine years as a venture capital fund manager and non-executive director of three Development/Enterprise agencies.

• Kevin Todhunter.
Kevin has over 20 years of experience in I.T., the last sixteen years of which have been within blue chip banks. He is involved in the leadership of his local church.

• Horatio Walker.
Horatio has 15 years broad-based experience of the financial services industry, ten years in a senior capacity including strategic customer marketing; business development and heading up strategic product development. He serves on the national leadership team of the Church of God of Prophecy
